Sheri was inspired to create Cause an Effect to use their experience innovating Pop/Rock Musical Theatre performance techniques, with 90 musical theatre programs, over the last 10 years… while navigating a diagnosis of Complex-PTSD. This was a platform for others in the industry who have a similar dynamic.. After a being bullied into an Autism diagnosis by her cis (other) white peers in the industry, Sheri returns after 4 years with pearls of wisdom, and tons of creative inspiration during these very troubling times.

Sheri is a musical theatre actor and dramaturg and is returning to the stage in January 2025.
