Ali Ewoldt is a Filipino-American actress who has carved a successful path on Broadway and beyond. Born in Chicago in 1982, Ewoldt's love for performing began at a young age. After graduating from Yale University, she landed roles in national tours of productions like Les Misérables before making her Broadway debut as Cosette in the 2006 revival of the same show. Ewoldt's career has since flourished, including a notable accomplishment as the first Asian-American actress to portray Christine Daaé in the iconic Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera.
