Dean Maupin is an American actor, singer, songwriter, and producer. A graduate of NYU's Music Business program, he made his Broadway debut as Paul in The Lost Boys at the Palace Theatre. Before stepping onto the Broadway stage, Maupin toured extensively throughout the United States and Europe as a featured drummer, building a foundation in rhythm and stagecraft that informs his theatrical work.
In addition to acting, Maupin is an active recording artist with music available on major streaming platforms and a debut album in development. His multidisciplinary background as a musician, writer, and performer gives him a distinctive creative perspective, and his work on stage reflects the energy and authenticity of an artist equally at home behind a drum kit or under a spotlight.
