Notably, he won the Star Baker title in the first week with a showstopper cake inspired by his mother's apartment. Beyond the show, Janusz is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community; he subtly honored the Progress Pride flag by wearing its colors in each episode. In 2024, he published his debut cookbook, "Baking with Pride," which features 100 colorful and uplifting recipes that reflect his heritage and advocacy.
