Maulik Pancholy plays The Reverend in Schmigadoon! on Broadway. His Broadway credits include It's Only a Play (opposite Matthew Broderick and Martin Short) and the Tony-nominated production of Grand Horizons. Off-Broadway, he has starred in David Rabe's Good for Otto opposite Ed Harris and J.C. Lee's To My Girls at Second Stage Theater.
On television, Pancholy is best known for his role as Jonathan, Alec Baldwin's devoted assistant, on the Emmy-winning NBC comedy 30 Rock, and as Sanjay on the Showtime hit series Weeds. He is also the voice of Baljeet Tjinder on the animated series Phineas and Ferb. His film credits include 27 Dresses and Hitch. Beyond acting, Pancholy is an author of children's books, including The Best at It and Nikhil Out Loud.
