Renee Rapp is best known for her roles as Regina George in the Broadway musical Mean Girls and as Leighton Murray in the HBO Max teen comedy series "The Sex Lives of College Girls". Rapp has also released a debut EP, Everything to Everyone, and a full-length studio album, Snow Angel.

Rapp was born in Huntersville, North Carolina, and began performing in high school theater productions. She won the Jimmy Award for Best Performance by an Actress for her role in Big Fish in 2018. After graduating from high school, Rapp moved to New York City to pursue a career in acting and music.

Rapp made her Broadway debut in Mean Girls in 2019, and quickly became a fan favorite. She was praised for her comedic timing and powerful vocals. In 2021, Rapp was cast as Leighton Murray in "The Sex Lives of College Girls". The show has been a critical and commercial success, and Rapp's performance has been particularly lauded.
