[0:00] Tommy Bracco: You're listening to Real Tawk. It's been so long that we lost the song, so yeah, we have no intro music.
[0:10] Anjelica Conti: That's mine, alright, so just hold it back.
[0:22] Phil Bracco: Hi.
[0:33] Anjelica Conti: Uncle Phil's acting like it's Christmas. He's so excited. What's just so sweet, and Annabelle said he's never been nicer.
[0:41] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, we gotta do more podcasts for her.
[0:49] Anjelica Conti: I know, for her sake, yeah, we do.
[0:54] Tommy Bracco: Yes, I moved. We moved to Marlboro, New Jersey.
[1:01] Anjelica Conti: Loving it.
[1:03] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, finally, after how many years of looking for a house?
[1:11] Phil Bracco: Three years.
[1:12] Tommy Bracco: Three years, yeah, it happens finally.
[1:16] Anjelica Conti: Why? I'm literally here, aren't I?
[1:19] Tommy Bracco: I actually have been in Staten Island every day since.
[1:29] Anjelica Conti: Depressed.
[1:30] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, I was actually driving by. They said, "Let me go visit Joe," and that's not true.
[1:38] Anjelica Conti: No, it was true.
[1:42] Tommy Bracco: Seriously.
[1:42] Anjelica Conti: Hey guys, I felt so bad that I started listening to old episodes of Real Tawk.
[1:50] Tommy Bracco: Oh, that's why you started listening to...
[1:51] Anjelica Conti: I can't.
[1:56] Tommy Bracco: Look at his notebook.
[1:56] Anjelica Conti: Alright, what's going on with you, Thomas? I really miss our podcast for sure.
[2:01] Tommy Bracco: We updated my life and neither one of you...
[2:05] Anjelica Conti: You're trying to have a baby.
[2:09] Tommy Bracco: We're trying to have a baby.
[2:12] Anjelica Conti: Which one is me?
[2:15] Tommy Bracco: You're the bottom one.
[2:15] Anjelica Conti: Bottom one? Why? Okay?
[2:27] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, yeah, well I always talk loud, so I'm confused why it's so low. Whatever, we gotta work on the levels.
[2:35] Anjelica Conti: I mean listen, I'm good for Wednesdays. Wednesdays I work until 8, so I can do it after.
[2:41] Phil Bracco: Yeah, we don't really have a plan, guys.
[2:41] Anjelica Conti: I know that we said we're like back, but we just wanted to do an episode tonight.
[2:48] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, no, if we're back, we're gonna try. This is a soft...
[2:54] Anjelica Conti: Use... yeah, it's hard. It's a hard time.
[2:57] Phil Bracco: Yes. Well, what's a baby? What are you doing, Jersey?
[3:04] Anjelica Conti: I'm also busy. Me and Joey are trying to have a baby, too.
[3:07] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, we're going through the fertility process. Thomas has like 18 flights in the month of September and October.
[3:11] Phil Bracco: It's true, it's pretty crazy.
[3:17] Tommy Bracco: I'm retiring at the end of the year.
[3:20] Anjelica Conti: Retiring? So you're gonna have way too much time.
[3:23] Phil Bracco: And we'll have time in the winter, like once the holidays are over.
[3:28] Tommy Bracco: We're all gonna have a lot of time. We are not going anywhere. We just needed to take a little break.
[3:35] Anjelica Conti: I know we're usually here for Big Brother, but yeah, I mean, we're still all watching. We just watched the episode.
[3:41] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[3:42] Anjelica Conti: I'm all for doing lives because we can all go on our own Instagram.
[3:46] Tommy Bracco: Alright, we can talk about this.
[3:48] Anjelica Conti: Yeah, before we get started, I wanted to say one thing.
[3:51] Tommy Bracco: No, I was coming out...
[3:53] Anjelica Conti: No, yeah, because I don't want to forget it for later after we get into Big Brother, but you know how you love the Waitress?
[4:00] Tommy Bracco: Waitress the musical?
[4:01] Anjelica Conti: And I do love it. I hated the music in the car.
[4:04] Tommy Bracco: Oh my god, the music's unbelievable.
[4:07] Anjelica Conti: He was playing it constantly and I was like, come on.
[4:10] Tommy Bracco: Well, I watched a movie. It says "Don't Say Good Luck," and basically it's a high school putting together the Waitress, but the story behind it is really emotional.
[4:20] Anjelica Conti: But I heard the music for the first time and listened to the words. Phenomenal.
[4:25] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, Waitress is a great. I was, I got teary-eyed. Waitress is absolutely incredible.
[4:30] Anjelica Conti: It's one of my favorite musicals.
[4:31] Tommy Bracco: It's amazing because you think that it's about, it's like a love story, and then the twist at the end, it's a mother-daughter story all along. I think it's so beautiful.
[4:41] Anjelica Conti: The music's unbelievable. Sara Bareilles wrote the music for it. She's actually writing music for a new show, so everyone's really...
[4:50] Tommy Bracco: So the actress who sings all the Waitress songs, her name is Sonny Sadler. I don't know if you've ever heard of it.
[4:55] Anjelica Conti: No, it's not.
[4:56] Phil Bracco: No, it is not.
[4:58] Anjelica Conti: Okay, the movie Waitress, "Don't Say Good Luck."
[5:01] Phil Bracco: Oh, okay, okay. This shot.
[5:05] Anjelica Conti: Uncle Phil's watching a show about high schoolers from Yellowjackets. The heavier one has the affair. Yeah, she's the mom in the show.
[5:11] Phil Bracco: Okay, it's a really good movie. See how many seconds into this are we already? He's already commenting on women's bodies.
[5:20] Anjelica Conti: Like why do you have to describe her that way?
[5:25] Phil Bracco: Yellowjackets, I would have known who you meant.
[5:27] Anjelica Conti: Okay, anyway, I actually think she kind of looks like mommy.
[5:32] Phil Bracco: But she just looks like mommy, her face.
[5:39] Anjelica Conti: Well, she looks like Annabelle.
[5:42] Phil Bracco: Did it die?
[5:44] Tommy Bracco: Well, he wasn't...
[5:47] Phil Bracco: It's crazy, it's fine. It's somewhere on the computer, but we're being lazy.
[5:52] Anjelica Conti: So the other thing is, you know, 'cause Phil was editing the new family thing we did and he might have deleted some stuff.
[5:59] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, that's fine. So Thomas is trying to have a baby.
[6:02] Anjelica Conti: Yeah.
[6:08] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, you're trying to build a house, so we've just been, it's just been a little crazy, but we're here. We love you guys. I mean, that's not new news.
[6:17] Phil Bracco: You tried to build a house, you bought your driveway five years ago.
[6:23] Tommy Bracco: So that's not new news.
[6:25] Phil Bracco: It's true, but we're getting somewhere now.
[6:28] Anjelica Conti: That's good. Well, I gotta tell you, it's a really, really, really funny story for him.
[6:35] Tommy Bracco: What do you mean? Who's it for?
[6:39] Anjelica Conti: Well, Phil's gonna go there. Okay, but it's a really funny story.
[6:43] Tommy Bracco: So, you know, every time we try to get somewhere, mommy, she shuts down, right?
[6:45] Anjelica Conti: So now the architect comes and he's like, "Well, what's your plan? Like how much money?" And she goes, "We'll make it work," right? That's how she talks.
[6:54] Tommy Bracco: So now I ask the question, the guys are ready to go when I go, "The house looks really nice what he drew."
[7:00] Anjelica Conti: Yeah, right.
[7:01] Tommy Bracco: And I go, "How many square feet is that?" So he says like, you know, twenty-five hundred or whatever. So I do the calculation on the phone. I go like this, "We're gonna make that work," and mommy goes, "Oh, well maybe we'll, you know, we'll figure it out when he's done."
[7:12] Anjelica Conti: The guy's puts everything...
[7:19] Tommy Bracco: No, no, I can't draw this again.
[7:23] Phil Bracco: All the guys like over it. The back and forth is crazy because she just shuts down. Now Phillips on sticking up for me goes, "You can't say that, you don't know what you did."
[7:33] Tommy Bracco: He's like that. He's right. You just told the guy like we could do it, and then you're like...
[7:43] Anjelica Conti: When she has something in her head, she just has to get it done the way that she wants and yeah.
[7:47] Phil Bracco: Fire that honestly, I like that.
[7:49] Tommy Bracco: Yeah. Alright, let's go Big Brother.
[7:54] Anjelica Conti: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Alright, alright. So overall I would just say that I'm enjoying the season, but it's not my favorite, man.
[8:00] Phil Bracco: My favorites interest season.
[8:01] Anjelica Conti: I know my favorites interest season. I'm obsessed with Melody. I'm obsessed with Mallory. I love Devon's.
[8:07] Tommy Bracco: I love D even though I want you to go at this point. I can't stand Dog. I love hate, like I love hating someone.
[8:15] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[8:17] Anjelica Conti: I don't know. I'm just loving it and I'm absolutely loving it. I love Taylor. I like Lala. I hate Kamu.
[8:25] Tommy Bracco: I just feel like at this stage of the game, I'm way more invested in the players usually than I am this season.
[8:30] Anjelica Conti: You're not invested in Melody and Mallory?
[8:37] Tommy Bracco: I really like them, but I'm not invested in them.
[8:41] Anjelica Conti: I think the dynamic is so funny. She's so funny. She's so great.
[8:46] Tommy Bracco: I just think like having the icons in the game, that many of them really threw it off for me. Like I have a hard time like getting to know and getting attached to anybody else.
[8:59] Anjelica Conti: It's weird.
[9:00] Tommy Bracco: Really? I don't feel that way. I'm at this stage, I'm usually obsessed with people and I don't feel like that. I feel like D needs to go now. She won Survivor. I don't need her to win Big Brother. I want somebody like not a reality star to win Big Brother, obviously.
[9:16] Anjelica Conti: But I'm liking that they're in it. I feel like it brings a cool dynamic. I love Angela.
[9:22] Tommy Bracco: Mallory, by the way, has Rachel drop...
[9:25] Anjelica Conti: Faces who Rachel dropped.
[9:29] Tommy Bracco: Rachel Fresh?
[9:30] Anjelica Conti: Yeah, yeah. She makes faces like her.
[9:37] Tommy Bracco: Okay, I love Mallory. I love Devon.
[9:39] Anjelica Conti: Mallory or Melody because you just combined them.
[9:42] Tommy Bracco: We'd have that TikTok.
[9:46] Anjelica Conti: Where it was like, it was making fun of Big Brother. It was like every episode of Big Brother and he says something like so harmony song and chorus.
[9:51] Tommy Bracco: But we literally had Lyric and Melody up. I was like, oh my god, he's not even being dramatic. Like this is crazy.
[10:02] Anjelica Conti: Hi Julie, you're looking gay.
[10:06] Tommy Bracco: Like Julie on tonight's episode and it was like covered in rainbows and she's like a fake...
[10:12] Anjelica Conti: Hi Julie, you're looking gay tonight is so good. It's so good.
[10:26] Phil Bracco: No, that video was insane.
[10:30] Anjelica Conti: So good, so good. Yeah, I've also been watching Kelly Wentworth.
[10:36] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, she's funny as hell too.
[10:40] Anjelica Conti: She is great. I, to be honest with you though, I never like, I really do love her, but I just, I don't know for some reason, I usually skip past them.
[10:46] Tommy Bracco: I'm not a TikTok skit person.
[10:50] Anjelica Conti: Yeah, like sometimes I'm not in the mood for a skit. I think that's more what it is.
[10:59] Tommy Bracco: Okay, although I just praised another skit.
[11:03] Anjelica Conti: I know that was, yeah.
[11:05] Tommy Bracco: No, that was...
[11:06] Anjelica Conti: They almost like look like a production, like a video that we were...
[11:11] Tommy Bracco: You guys talking about, I want to say she's Kelly...
[11:13] Anjelica Conti: Kelly Wentworth.
[11:15] Tommy Bracco: She's great. I really do love her.
[11:17] Anjelica Conti: But she does like, she did one where you know when you get to be on the show and they film finding the key?
[11:24] Tommy Bracco: Yes.
[11:25] Anjelica Conti: And she's like, "Well, that doesn't make sense." So it's like that just like poke fun at it. I get it, but it's just not for me. Anyway, so I'm loving Big Brother.
[11:33] Tommy Bracco: You're thinking it's fine. I'm loving it too right here. Loving it, loving it, loving it. I love the characters.
[11:40] Anjelica Conti: Even the ones you don't like.
[11:41] Tommy Bracco: I didn't like it up until Lyric went home. When Lyric went home, I was like, "Oh, I could breathe. Okay, let's watch."
[11:49] Anjelica Conti: No, I couldn't. I can't stand Sir, I'm sorry.
[11:54] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, the baby talk was crazy.
[11:56] Anjelica Conti: I don't like somebody that is purely seeking followers the way she is.
[12:00] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, me neither. That instantly turns me off and I don't connect to that person at all.
[12:06] Anjelica Conti: I agree. So Lyric would do this thing for anyone that doesn't know. She would post the same exact video a billion times with a different caption written over the video. So that way...
[12:12] Tommy Bracco: We're the same caption, same video, same caption. Sometimes she would slightly change the wording, but like it was the same video a billion times or she would do a slightly different video.
[12:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: Basically, her whole strategy was just to go viral, just to hit the algorithm. And I get it, it's smart, it's savvy, but I don't know, it reads as inauthentic to me a little bit. So, I agree, I was not a huge fan of Lyric. Alright, so I know we were talking about Devin's using the Diamond Power Veto, and I said let's wait for the show. Were we? Before. And I said let's wait for the episode. Yeah, what do you guys think? Good move or bad move? I think Anjelica came around.
[13:05] Tommy Bracco: I did. At first I was like, horrible move, I don't understand. But then when I'm really thinking about it, Deet weirdly isn't winning comps. If he does want to win, this is a very pivotal moment in the game. They are getting at an extremely strong competitor. If they get him out.
[13:23] Phil Bracco: Yeah, that is, the Blockbuster really does throw a possible wrench in this plan. I know, it's really tough. If, come, oh my god, I'm going to be, like, you don't feel so invested, like you're going to be standing in front of the TV tomorrow to see who wins.
[13:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I know, I'm canceling all my plans. I had plans to go out, I can't do it. I have to be home for this, this is crazy.
[13:46] Tommy Bracco: That's hilarious. I got a fantasy football draft, but I'm going to have the phone on me, like, you know.
[13:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: And now your friends aren't going to make fun of you for that? Like, you're at a fantasy football draft and you have Big Brother on your phone?
[13:56] Tommy Bracco: Imagine I'm going to have earphones in my ear.
[13:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're gonna?
[14:01] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, I got to hear the shot.
[14:04] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're not answering my question, are your friends going to make fun of you for that?
[14:09] Tommy Bracco: I'm not going to tell them. I'm going to sit by myself, I got my cousin Gary coming with me to help me do the draft, and I'm going to have it on on the side.
[14:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: So you're going to, like, go to an outing with your friends and basically be on your phone with headphones in?
[14:20] Tommy Bracco: While I'm doing my draft, yes.
[14:24] Phil Bracco: Do you guys, like, drink and hang out before or after the draft?
[14:28] Tommy Bracco: Well, I got to drive home so I don't drink, but.
[14:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: But you just said you're bringing your friend Gary or Garrett.
[14:37] Tommy Bracco: Well, Gary, cousin Gary.
[14:41] Phil Bracco: I don't have a cousin Gary.
[14:44] Tommy Bracco: Yes, you do, he was at the wedding.
[14:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: I definitely don't have a cousin Gary.
[14:50] Phil Bracco: It's Gary and Teresa.
[14:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know who Gary is.
[14:56] Phil Bracco: Do you know who Gary is? This is embarrassing.
[15:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: This is embarrassing. Am I really supposed to know, though, who Gary is, or is he messing with me?
[15:06] Tommy Bracco: I think the reason why I know extra is because Gary is my dad's cousin and Teresa's my mom's cousin.
[15:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[15:13] Phil Bracco: Oh, so that's pretty crazy.
[15:16] Tommy Bracco: So it's your cousin.
[15:18] Phil Bracco: I don't know your cousin.
[15:20] Tommy Bracco: He's married in a family, Jo.
[15:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, well, whatever. Anyway, so you're bringing him.
[15:27] Tommy Bracco: Yes. Can he drive and you drink?
[15:30] Phil Bracco: I mean, why are you trying to get at this? I don't need to drink, Jo.
[15:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: Because I feel like he's.
[15:36] Phil Bracco: No, why do I care? Why do I care?
[15:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: I think it's more funny that he's showing up to this event with his friends and he's going to have his long ass dated headphones with the wire. The wire's going to be tangled and I could see it.
[15:46] Tommy Bracco: He's on his phone, he's shaking, he's trying to do a billion things at once. You can't show up with your friends to do that.
[15:51] Phil Bracco: Where is this meet?
[15:53] Tommy Bracco: My cousin Bruce and Dina's house.
[15:56] Phil Bracco: Okay. So that's where it's going to be. And how many people are going to be there?
[16:01] Tommy Bracco: Well, there's 10 teams. So I'm bringing somebody, somebody else might bring somebody. I don't know.
[16:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: So you should drink.
[16:08] Tommy Bracco: I don't need to drink at the draft, but okay.
[16:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: Well, here's the thing too. Dina and Bruce love Big Brother, so it might be on tomorrow night.
[16:16] Tommy Bracco: Oh, I can tell them to put it on the TV.
[16:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, 100%.
[16:21] Tommy Bracco: Yeah. Okay. Maybe your friends will get into it.
[16:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, maybe. That'll be fun. Spread the word, the Big Brother word. Speaking of hype for Big Brother, I'm going out to LA for the 1000th episode. I'm very excited. I'm not sure if I'll be in the audience or if we'll just be at a party in the parking lot. I don't really know what's going on, but booked the flight today. I'm very excited. Me and Christy are going, so that would be fun.
[16:50] Phil Bracco: Awesome. That's going to be fun.
[16:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: It will be fun. I bet all just Big Brother alumni will be there.
[16:56] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, it'll be cool. I'm excited. Grateful to be a part of it.
[17:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: I also saw a post, and it could be a joke, about Celebrity Big Brother coming back this year.
[17:06] Phil Bracco: I think it was just a joke.
[17:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, yeah. I saw that post.
[17:10] Tommy Bracco: Isn't it interesting?
[17:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: What? No, go ahead.
[17:13] Tommy Bracco: Isn't it interesting that I feel like Big Brother, the seasons are split in half, and even though your season was so long ago, in the social media world of Big Brother, your season is still very relevant, even though it was actually... If we actually think about it, it was so long ago.
[17:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Seven years ago.
[17:31] Tommy Bracco: And I feel like it started Tyler Crispin's season.
[17:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[17:35] Tommy Bracco: Tyler Crispin's season and on, everyone just sort of stays relevant, no matter how long it's been.
[17:41] Phil Bracco: You're right. You're right. And prior to that, that's not the case.
[17:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: You think it was the year before that? You don't think 19?
[17:47] Tommy Bracco: Early 19, Jess and Cody.
[17:50] Phil Bracco: Oh my God, what's going on?
[17:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, but not really. You're not going to see Jess and Cody at the 1,000th episode.
[17:56] Tommy Bracco: You're right. You're right.
[17:58] Phil Bracco: But you would see Casey and maybe-
[18:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: I think it was 20 is when they started recruiting people for other shows. Casey went on, even though they did for-
[18:06] Tommy Bracco: Wait, what about what's going on with Jess?
[18:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I know. That's what I was saying.
[18:12] Phil Bracco: Oh my God, so crazy.
[18:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: So crazy. You know what's going on with Jess?
[18:17] Tommy Bracco: No.
[18:18] Anjelica Vispisiano: She just found out who she thought was her biological dad her whole life isn't her biological dad. That guy who's not her biological dad and she thought was, is now dead. And her mom will not give her any of the information on it.
[18:30] Phil Bracco: No way.
[18:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: Her mom won't tell her anything. Her mom said, nope, sorry, I'm not telling you anything, so don't ask me anything. Crazy.
[18:37] Tommy Bracco: Because that was your father, right?
[18:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I don't know. It sounds like her mom's just a bitch, but I don't know.
[18:43] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I don't know.
[18:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know, but the comment section is also crazy because this happens a lot and people are like, yeah, the family secrets run so deep. Our family just doesn't have secrets.
[18:51] Tommy Bracco: I know, I don't think our family has secrets. And I can't imagine, we don't have secrets because we're all so open. I can't imagine being involved in a family that's not open.
[18:58] Phil Bracco: Do you have any family secrets that we don't know about?
[19:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Who, me?
[19:02] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[19:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, are there any family secrets that we-
[19:05] Phil Bracco: I mean, yes, and he's thinking of how to get out of this.
[19:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: No.
[19:09] Phil Bracco: Are there any family secrets that we don't know?
[19:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like what family do you mean? Either family, my side or your side.
[19:17] Phil Bracco: Yes. So you know about mommy's grandmother.
[19:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know the whole family.
[19:22] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[19:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right, so that's what I'm saying. That's why I'm answering like that.
[19:26] Phil Bracco: I didn't. Who's grandma?
[19:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: Grandma Annabelle.
[19:30] Phil Bracco: I'm sure I didn't know either.
[19:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, so-
[19:34] Phil Bracco: Yeah, Grandma Annabelle.
[19:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[19:37] Phil Bracco: Who's Grandma Annabelle? Whose mother is that?
[19:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: Annabelle's father's mother.
[19:43] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[19:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Had another whole family.
[19:46] Phil Bracco: So our real grandfather's mother?
[19:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: Had another whole family and left them and married and then had-
[19:52] Phil Bracco: Yeah, but that's not really a family secret.
[19:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Well, nobody knew that.
[19:56] Phil Bracco: Okay, but that's like so far back, like we don't know Grandma Annabelle.
[19:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, that's like, I don't know if we care about that really.
[20:02] Phil Bracco: Yeah, like anything that we would care about. Like juicy.
[20:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I have no, I have nothing. We're very vanilla.
[20:07] Phil Bracco: And we literally talk about him getting a blowjob from a slut with a hold pass from your mom.
[20:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, like there are no secrets. We have no family secrets.
[20:14] Phil Bracco: We are just not that type of family. Everything's out in the open, whether, if people are not happy in their marriage, everybody knows about it.
[20:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: By the way, that's not me.
[20:22] Phil Bracco: What?
[20:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: Mommy's family grew up that way.
[20:25] Phil Bracco: What do you mean?
[20:26] Anjelica Vispisiano: You grew up that way with mommy's family. Out in the open.
[20:29] Phil Bracco: My family didn't grow up that way.
[20:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, my family didn't grow up that way.
[20:34] Phil Bracco: See, so that's what my point is, is the comment section I'm finding out a lot of families hold a lot of deep family secrets. And like, that's just a crazy concept to me.
[20:41] Tommy Bracco: I mean, we talked about it already though, Gel. I found out I had two sisters when I was a teenager.
[20:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, like that's crazy.
[20:48] Phil Bracco: That is crazy.
[20:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: How would she keep the fact that she was pregnant a secret?
[20:52] Tommy Bracco: I was little, so I wouldn't know.
[20:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: But how little?
[20:56] Tommy Bracco: She just looked fat.
[20:57] Phil Bracco: I hate him. I fucking hate him.
[21:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: I literally hate him. I don't like you.
[21:02] Tommy Bracco: Like, I don't know. Like, I was little. Think about it, I was really little.
[21:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm not thinking about that.
[21:08] Tommy Bracco: Yeah.
[21:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: But you don't remember, like, they didn't say, like, I was having a baby and then all of the babies aren't coming anymore.
[21:14] Phil Bracco: Wait, like your mom going through a depressive episode? Like, was your mom ever depressed?
[21:18] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, my mother, father, you know, was like really, we went to a serenity where the doctor told my father, don't tell her the baby's alive.
[21:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, we know that story.
[21:26] Tommy Bracco: Right, so that was something I found out as a teenager. I didn't know that.
[21:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: So how old were you when you, when both of those sisters were born?
[21:34] Tommy Bracco: Three or four.
[21:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, you were a baby baby.
[21:37] Tommy Bracco: Yeah.
[21:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: Got it.
[21:39] Tommy Bracco: Right.
[21:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, I see. I thought you were a little older.
[21:43] Tommy Bracco: No, no.
[21:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: Didn't think that they would be that close in age, the sisters.
[21:48] Tommy Bracco: Three or four. Like, you know, usually you wait, like, a couple of years.
[21:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Let's say I'm four, the next one I'm five or six, like, you know.
[21:56] Phil Bracco: Yeah, but six is like getting into where you would have remembered.
[22:00] Tommy Bracco: I remember after, I guess, I remember my father said, you weigh more than me to my mother. That was a fight they had.
[22:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh my God.
[22:08] Phil Bracco: No wonder why you're constantly commenting on women's bodies. Look at the shit your dad was saying.
[22:12] Tommy Bracco: Yeah. Well, think about it. I mean, you know, she was, you know, she was depressed.
[22:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[22:18] Tommy Bracco: I'm guessing. I don't know.
[22:20] Anjelica Vispisiano: But also, even if she did weigh more than him, she was pregnant.
[22:23] Tommy Bracco: No, no. It was after.
[22:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: She was depressed. She gains weight because she was depressed after.
[22:29] Tommy Bracco: And I'm guessing that was at the same timeline, but I don't know.
[22:32] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay. So no juicy family secrets.
[22:34] Tommy Bracco: Nothing I know of.
[22:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay. Anyway, Jess and Cody don't feel like they're that relevant in the Big Brother worlds.
[22:40] Phil Bracco: I feel like she's made, like, yeah, you know, but like even, am I going crazy? Was Raven and Matt and all of them on their season?
[22:47] Tommy Bracco: They're not relevant.
[22:48] Phil Bracco: I know. It's true.
[22:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's true.
[22:50] Tommy Bracco: You know, it really started.
[22:52] Phil Bracco: Well, Josh was 16, right?
[22:54] Tommy Bracco: But because he was on other shows, not because of Big Brother.
[22:57] Phil Bracco: Paul.
[22:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: The only person I would say maybe.
[23:00] Phil Bracco: Not really.
[23:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Paul does his own thing.
[23:03] Phil Bracco: He's like just a legend for his own reasons. It's different.
[23:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: I get what she means. I do.
[23:09] Tommy Bracco: Anyway. So yeah, I'm excited to go out there for the finale or for the 1000th episode.
[23:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's going to be so fun.
[23:16] Phil Bracco: That is going to be fun.
[23:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: And you're going to do that and then go to the baby thing.
[23:20] Tommy Bracco: Yeah. Then we have an appointment with our fertility doctor who's in San Diego. So that will be very exciting.
[23:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: Super fun.
[23:26] Tommy Bracco: And then we fly home for three days. Then we fly to Iowa for Kim's wedding.
[23:30] Phil Bracco: Then it's just so many flights. Like Jonka said, it's crazy.
[23:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's a lot.
[23:35] Tommy Bracco: But it'll be good. I'm very lucky. Lucky to be working.
[23:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: And then once you have a baby, I don't have one flight in my future as of right now.
[23:42] Tommy Bracco: Oh my gosh.
[23:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: Not one flight booked.
[23:45] Tommy Bracco: That's weird.
[23:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know. Especially for me.
[23:48] Phil Bracco: Wait, wait, wait.
[23:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like 2023, I had to scroll through my United app.
[23:52] Tommy Bracco: Imagine when he has a baby. Like his life is going to change.
[23:56] Phil Bracco: The truth is.
[23:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: No. His life is not changing.
[23:58] Phil Bracco: I was just going to say.
[24:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: Throwing that baby on a plane and going.
[24:02] Tommy Bracco: Yeah. I'm either going on the plane with the baby or you're watching the baby.
[24:06] Phil Bracco: This baby is.
[24:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: Are you kidding me, Joey?
[24:09] Tommy Bracco: This baby is such a content investment. Purely.
[24:12] Phil Bracco: Not my grandkids.
[24:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes.
[24:14] Tommy Bracco: I am so excited to have it.
[24:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[24:17] Phil Bracco: You don't think Joey's going to have a problem with that? Putting him on planes?
[24:20] Tommy Bracco: Joey's going to torture.
[24:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: It definitely will change, but I can't help that what I do.
[24:26] Phil Bracco: I make money by traveling, by teaching, by working, whatever it is.
[24:30] Tommy Bracco: How I have to work.
[24:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right. And he's going to bring him along because Joey can't watch him.
[24:35] Phil Bracco: I don't know why I'm saying him.
[24:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do you think it'll be a boy?
[24:39] Tommy Bracco: No.
[24:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: Who knows what it'll be?
[24:41] Tommy Bracco: I don't know.
[24:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I actually do. I think he's going to have a boy first.
[24:46] Tommy Bracco: Interesting.
[24:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: We'll see what happens. Whatever's meant to be will be.
[24:50] Tommy Bracco: Yeah.
[24:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: The whole thing. We're going to know.
[24:53] Phil Bracco: You're not going to choose the gender even though you can, right?
[24:56] Tommy Bracco: I don't think so. I think we're going to just leave it up to fate.
[24:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: And you're going to know what the baby is either Joey or his.
[25:03] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, I mean, it'll be both of ours.
[25:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, but I'm saying the look.
[25:07] Tommy Bracco: Yeah.
[25:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: I mean, or maybe not.
[25:10] Tommy Bracco: Because Thomas sent me this gorgeous.
[25:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: And like if it's mixed with Joey's, her genes are gonna dominate either way, and then it would look like that's true. You know what I mean? Like you're really, I don't know if it's gonna be super obvious like, yeah, whose egg you use.
[25:22] Tommy Bracco: Okay. Um, yeah, so crazy, very exciting, very exciting. What else?
[25:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: What, two weeks? I'm going to Aruba.
[25:30] Phil Bracco: I don't think we need to talk about that.
[25:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I won't be here. I want to talk about other shows. Um, I want to shout out Widow's Bay because Widow's Bay is one of the best television shows I've watched.
[25:42] Tommy Bracco: I gotta watch it. Severance, I'm dying to.
[25:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: Is that the one with the town? It's unreal. It is amazing. It's unreal.
[25:51] Tommy Bracco: I watched it once in four, and I watched it in 48 hours. I loved it so much and missed it so instantly that I then forced John, I made a deal with John, forced him to watch this show, and then we got to rewatch it, which is amazing. Um, I cannot believe you have not watched it yet.
[26:13] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I really want to.
[26:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: It is so everything, baby. I know, 'cause it's like a little bit...
[26:23] Tommy Bracco: 19 Emmys, it deserves every single Emmy it gets.
[26:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, it's not a little funny. It's not a little bit scary.
[26:27] Tommy Bracco: I'm gonna watch it tomorrow.
[26:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: When you combine horror and comedy, one of them is stupid. It's either stupid comedy with actual scary or actual funny with stupid scary. Yeah, this is the only thing I've ever witnessed that is genuinely both. It is actually scary and actually funny.
[26:48] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I really want to watch.
[26:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: No screen was both.
[26:56] Phil Bracco: Absolutely not. It's stupid.
[26:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, it's just fun.
[27:00] Phil Bracco: It's fun, but it's stupid. It's actually stupid on both ends. It's stupid comedy and it's stupid horror.
[27:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like you don't even mean it's just fun.
[27:11] Tommy Bracco: I was sick over that.
[27:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, I'm so sad. Hayden Panettiere, that was really sad.
[27:19] Phil Bracco: Yeah, Hollywood is evil.
[27:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I hate Hollywood.
[27:29] Phil Bracco: Yeah, it's horrible. It just destroys people.
[27:34] Anjelica Vispisiano: It really does. It's single-handedly destroys so many people.
[27:39] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, and any of the people that are alive, are they happy?
[27:46] Phil Bracco: I mean, look at Justin Bieber right now. Like, I don't know. I just feel like anyone who reaches that elite status, there's very, more often than not, they're fucked up or not happy.
[27:49] Phil Bracco: Like a very small handful of them.
[27:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, or on drugs or dead.
[28:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, doing well, a hundred percent. I read off is one of them and like you don't think, yes, and I feel like Adam Sandler's another and I feel like it's not, not by accident. Obviously, it's not by accident, but I think it's very, very purposefully done that not only has he always been in control of his own production of his actors and actresses.
[28:17] Phil Bracco: Using the same people, keeping his circle small.
[28:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: Now he's doing everything for his daughter, like, you know, because he has this deal with Netflix, so he has to pump out all these movies. Like he is just so, everything goes through him and he's almost in like his own little Hollywood bubble and he's one of the very few that are happy and successful and in that 1%.
[28:41] Phil Bracco: I would say the same for Hilary Duff, actually.
[28:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: She's not like, I don't know if I would ever consider her like in the 1% of what, of like, of like, yeah, and celebrity status. I love her so much, but like, no, I don't know. I wouldn't put her on the same level as like Kim Kardashian, Justin Bieber, Jennifer Aniston, Adam Sandler.
[29:03] Phil Bracco: I wouldn't put her on.
[29:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: I hear you. She's like a notch out here and she's right under there.
[29:12] Phil Bracco: Yeah, she did sell out Madison Square Garden.
[29:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, that's, I said we have never seen a show like this.
[29:20] Phil Bracco: Like because we know a guy that works at Madison Square Garden that was gonna potentially, we went to her concert, the guy that works, they was gonna potentially get us better seats.
[29:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Mm-hmm, and we reached out to him. He said, I'm so sorry, I can't do anything for you.
[29:27] Phil Bracco: I know I said I might be able to, but this show is sold more than any other show that we've ever seen in the longest time.
[29:36] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wow, crazy.
[29:41] Phil Bracco: Yeah, that is crazy. I wouldn't have thought that, but I agree with you. There's something about her that she's not like...
[29:46] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, Billie Eilish.
[29:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know.
[29:49] Tommy Bracco: Oh, yeah.
[29:50] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I know.
[29:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: The Challenge is actually really great this season and I'm really glad it's on streaming.
[29:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: So, what about The Challenge?
[29:55] Phil Bracco: It makes it so much better that we could watch it.
[30:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh my gosh, thank goodness. I don't know what that means, but I know that.
[30:07] Tommy Bracco: Do you know The Challenge was only on MTV? You had to have cable still to watch it and record it, so no one was able to watch the show.
[30:10] Phil Bracco: People just see clips of it on...
[30:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: Now they got bored out of boredom.
[30:17] Phil Bracco: Wow, so the red-headed girl from Amazing Race, what's her name? Annalie?
[30:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: So she, we were just reading her caption before because she was acting slutty on The Challenge.
[30:29] Phil Bracco: Yes, and she's married forever.
[30:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, and you said that that was okay and Joey got upset.
[30:38] Tommy Bracco: Yeah, so basically Annalie was on The Challenge and she is flirting with Leo and tells him that she's horny.
[30:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, she says, I'm horny as fuck.
[30:47] Phil Bracco: And this is so lyrics in the same thing. Like what's going on?
[30:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: Lyrics of that and Big Brother, what's going on with these shows?
[30:53] Phil Bracco: What do you mean? It's just people horny.
[30:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's what, what do you mean? Like what are they not allowed to say it?
[31:01] Phil Bracco: When you're married, yes, correct.
[31:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: Lyric doesn't, they're not, what do they have in common other than they're both women?
[31:17] Phil Bracco: Why is it okay?
[31:17] Phil Bracco: That's what I'm essentially getting at. Like you're like, what's going on with these shows? I'm, you know, it's so crazy. If it weren't you guys, we wouldn't even be talking about this right now, right?
[31:26] Anjelica Vispisiano: You know, you're right.
[31:28] Phil Bracco: Even if a guy was married, like horny as fuck, like it and was married, like people would talk about it maybe for a millisecond, but there would never be a statement release. We wouldn't be talking about it on a podcast.
[31:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's just because it's a woman.
[31:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's not okay. I'm sorry, I wouldn't want, would you be questioning it if it was two guys that we...
[31:41] Phil Bracco: No, that's true.
[31:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: Because you know what? There are people that were with other people on The Challenge and had to come out and apologize because Tony, the matter of fact, he had to make a big deal because he was with somebody and he was trying to go, he actually went with somebody on the show.
[31:54] Phil Bracco: Exactly.
[31:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: He actually physically cheated. If he said, I'm so horny, trust me, would be nothing.
[32:01] Phil Bracco: She wouldn't be apologizing.
[32:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: What happened on the show? Annalie could not be sitting further apart from Leo when she said that, that's number one. Number two, what did she even say? She just said, no, I think it's like...
[32:17] Phil Bracco: Wait, she said it to him, to Leo?
[32:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[32:23] Phil Bracco: But why?
[32:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: She was, they were talking about how like the tension, like you could cut it with a knife. Like she was like, yeah, I'm horny as fuck, but also like after watching Annalie on The Amazing Race, I have been waiting for her Challenge or TV debut again or return rather and she is a gamer like no other.
[32:44] Phil Bracco: Alright, wait, she will stop it.
[32:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh my god, I just had a win. I just had a, like a memory thing. No.
[32:51] Phil Bracco: Um, there's a girl on The Challenge season right now, yeah, that was on Big Brother.
[32:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, blonde, what's her name? Riley?
[33:03] Phil Bracco: Yeah. Why is she unrecognizable?
[33:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, I know. She did make a statement about because a lot of people spoke about it. She said, I lost a lot of weight, like so what, get over it.
[33:13] Phil Bracco: No, no, it has nothing.
[33:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I recognize it. No, I still physically was like John was watching and I had her up on the TV and I was looking at, oh, Big Brother clips so far, I can't see how it's the same person.
[33:23] Phil Bracco: It has nothing to do with the weight.
[33:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes, she's skinny. She's a lot skinnier now.
[33:33] Phil Bracco: To me, her face doesn't look like her face.
[33:40] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, that's just from weight loss.
[33:44] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I don't know honestly, I don't know. Maybe she got shit done. Maybe, I don't know.
[33:44] Phil Bracco: So Annalie did this thing and like part of me feels like after watching her on The Amazing Race, I would bet money that she was thinking about the game when she was flowing, but she would just say that if that was the case, I don't know.
[33:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, that just like clicked in my brain. I forgot about that. Anyway, I come back to Annalie.
[34:05] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's funny. I really think, I really don't think that she would, I don't think it would make it better.
[34:11] Phil Bracco: I think if, imagine, Gel, imagine I did that and then I came out like, I don't know who that is.
[34:13] Phil Bracco: Yeah, we're looking at pics.
[34:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, I hear you.
[34:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay. Okay. Joey is upset about that.
[34:23] Phil Bracco: Well, Joey, so I was writing back on Twitter saying Annalie didn't do anything that bad. Again, it goes back to like if this was a man, we would not be having this conversation.
[34:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like, yeah, I do recognize that and part of me is speaking out about it, I think because it's not okay because you're on TV to do anything if you're in a relationship.
[34:39] Phil Bracco: If Joey had an opportunity to go on the show and...
[34:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'd be psycho though, you're such a rare case.
[34:48] Phil Bracco: I just feel like if it was gonna get him closer to winning.
[34:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: But that's not what she said.
[34:59] Phil Bracco: Well, she did it. She cried and felt bad after and went home and had to tell her husband.
[35:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, hear me out. So imagine I did that. Just say I'm Annalie in this situation.
[35:09] Phil Bracco: Now I come clean post all of the episode airing. I say, hey guys, I actually wasn't thinking, I was doing it all for game. Do you think people are going to believe me or do you think that people are gonna just come at me even harder if I said that?
[35:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: I mean, you're asking me. I actually think people would, at least half the people would believe you.
[35:26] Phil Bracco: Okay, so the other half doesn't, but you'd know your truth. I think half the people believe you.
[35:31] Anjelica Vispisiano: I think the backlash that she would get would be so much worse if she didn't just say, yeah, maybe I should...
[35:36] Phil Bracco: You know what she should have done if it really was for a game is go in the DR and instead of doubling down...
[35:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: How do we know that she did it?
[35:44] Phil Bracco: How do we know? Like for editing purposes, how do we know? Because didn't they show her DR after?
[35:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Alright, so this, I'm always watching a show through like the lens of somebody that was on it already.
[35:57] Phil Bracco: Mm-hmm.
[36:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: And what she said in the DR afterwards was not anything that bad. She actually, if I'm trying to read between the episode and just like...
[36:08] Phil Bracco: She said to me what she said in the DR, I feel like it could have been taken out of context.
[36:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: I actually feel like she could have been in the DR saying, I'm doing this just for game, like this is not gonna go any further.
[36:20] Phil Bracco: But why would they love to edit her like that?
[36:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, I don't think that that's the case. I know, I don't think she was doing it for game.
[36:26] Phil Bracco: I think she was maybe turned on that this guy that she thought was attractive was then in power and like, you know what I mean?
[36:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: Like I could see where it can kind of go hand in hand, but I don't think she was doing this as a game move to further her game.
[36:42] Phil Bracco: I think she was.
[36:44] Anjelica Vispisiano: I really do. It would have been a part of her statement somewhere down the line.
[36:48] Phil Bracco: It was part of it.
[36:51] Anjelica Vispisiano: It would, nothing that she said.
[36:59] Phil Bracco: I know you're right about that.
[37:03] Anjelica Vispisiano: It wouldn't, even if people weren't gonna believe her, she could have threw that in anywhere in her statement and she did.
[37:09] Phil Bracco: Like at one point in her statement, try to justify it, but it wasn't for game purposes.
[37:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, and the other thing is now you think she'll be allowed back by her husband?
[37:19] Phil Bracco: I mean, this marriage is, I mean, if she's feeling that way, like I don't know if this marriage is like a super successful one.
[37:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't know anything about their marriage. I can't, I'm not gonna make comments about their marriage. I don't even know them.
[37:30] Phil Bracco: I really mean it. If Joey was on a show and...
[37:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: Hello? Hi. Are you outside?
[37:41] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I'm taking the garbage out.
[38:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: Are you okay with that? With him coming off?
[38:16] Phil Bracco: Mmm. Literal crickets. You hear the crickets?
[38:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: I wouldn't be okay with it, but I trust him enough to know that he was just trying to...
[38:31] Tommy Bracco: So if he said to a gay guy, I'm having so hard trying to resist myself, I'm so horny right now. And then in the DR didn't, and at no point did it show in the DR that he was doing it for gay purposes.
[38:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: I would not be happy. Nope. Okay, well why were you acting like you...
[38:47] Phil Bracco: John already told me I'd come home to divorce papers.
[38:49] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wait, I gotta, why was he acting like it was gonna be okay at first?
[38:53] Tommy Bracco: I know, I'm so surprised. I'm so proud of you, Jelly.
[38:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh yeah, Thomas is so proud of you. Honestly, this is crazy, because now this is gonna motivate Thomas to go on because he knows like he could just do whatever he wants and you'll be okay.
[39:07] Tommy Bracco: I need to clarify my statement. I don't, the reason why I said that was because I was very prepared for Thomas to have to flirt when he went on the challenge because we weren't sure who was gonna be there. So, but I wouldn't be happy.
[39:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: Flirting, I also like, I do feel like it was not fair for me to say flirting. I should have just said if he were to let someone know I want to have sex with you right now. Not okay with that, Thomas. Don't even try it.
[39:36] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[39:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey, I was so, I'm so like happy with your answer. That was so, so cute.
[39:42] Phil Bracco: Yeah, at first.
[39:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: It was really cute that he said he trusts your gut.
[39:46] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I love that.
[39:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: And I do agree with it. I feel like honestly going, I think that's part of it also. Like I went into the challenge in a relationship and I said I will do whatever it takes to win. If I have to flirt a little bit to get to the top, yes, I will do that.
[40:04] Phil Bracco: You weren't married. You weren't married.
[40:07] Anjelica Vispisiano: I was not happy with that.
[40:08] Phil Bracco: He was not, and you guys were just dating and he was not happy with that.
[40:11] Anjelica Vispisiano: He wasn't happy with that, it's true. But I do, I don't know, I feel like I'm consistent.
[40:16] Phil Bracco: Yeah, you are.
[40:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: She didn't do anything that bad.
[40:18] Phil Bracco: It's Joey who's not consistent because I would have never thought that that would have been his answer.
[40:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: All right, you're making a lot of noise. Gotta go. Love you both.
[40:25] Phil Bracco: All right.
[40:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: But before we go, we have two questions.
[40:29] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[40:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Unique Musical Fan said, I have a question for your podcast. If you could be in any 80s film, what would you be in and why?
[40:40] Tommy Bracco: 16 Candles.
[40:42] Anjelica Vispisiano: 80s film. That's hard. I guess The Breakfast Club.
[40:48] Tommy Bracco: Because I love when they're hanging out and just having fun.
[40:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, we're in two Molly Ringwald movies.
[40:52] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[40:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: The one that I think is called Diner?
[40:57] Phil Bracco: Okay, you're supposed to be the big movie buff guy here. And you're saying, I think it's cold and talking about your era of movies.
[41:03] Tommy Bracco: I'm trying to remember. It was the one when they went back for a funeral of their friend. I don't know.
[41:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway, next question.
[41:08] Phil Bracco: What do you thought, oh, Jake Wallier.
[41:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: What is he saying to me?
[41:15] Phil Bracco: Jake Wallier.
[41:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: I can't read it. It's Jake Wallier.
[41:22] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[41:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: Says, what do you think...
[41:24] Phil Bracco: Oh, that wasn't the question?
[41:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: No.
[41:26] Phil Bracco: That's the guy's name.
[41:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: I thought that was the question.
[41:31] Phil Bracco: Jake Wallier.
[41:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: That's why he said, what are you saying to me?
[41:35] Phil Bracco: I literally thought that that was the question.
[41:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: No.
[41:39] Phil Bracco: What do you think of the Mosh Pit Alliance? Any thoughts on Drew Melody?
[41:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: Of what?
[41:45] Phil Bracco: Drew Melody.
[41:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, Drew Melody. Up until three days ago, loved them.
[41:52] Phil Bracco: Supposedly, she has a boyfriend though. Weird.
[41:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: Don't care, love her.
[41:56] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I don't care.
[41:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Don't care.
[41:59] Phil Bracco: And I love the Mosh Pit Alliance. Like I said, I think I'm just kind of ready for the tables to be turning on the icons.
[42:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: I don't, not necessarily Devins, but I do want to see Dee and Angela, you know, fight for their life a little bit.
[42:15] Phil Bracco: Do we think that this was a good move for Devins or not?
[42:18] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I do. Using the power of Ido.
[42:20] Phil Bracco: I do, if they get Alcambu.
[42:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, it's very risky.
[42:24] Phil Bracco: What?
[42:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: So Joey said, I need to be clear that I would be okay with innocent flirting the way that Lyric did with Kamu on Big Brother, but that's it.
[42:33] Phil Bracco: And I would never be thrilled even with that, but I would get over it.
[42:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wow, that was cute though. I like that he clarified that.
[42:41] Phil Bracco: And that makes sense, because what Lyric did with Kamu, but then she was in the DR saying, I'm just doing what I have to do to get ahead.
[42:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: A hundred percent. I do get that. I would not be okay if Mommy was flirting with anybody.
[42:54] Phil Bracco: Well, she flirts all the time, so you better figure that out.
[42:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh, shit. I will tell you that when I worked there, I felt like it was a couple of times that she was flirting with people.
[43:04] Phil Bracco: I think she just means to be nice, but I think that people take it as flirting.
[43:08] Anjelica Vispisiano: Exactly right, and I know my wife, and I know how she's coming across.
[43:12] Phil Bracco: But she's just being nice. She's not flirting.
[43:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: I understand, but people could take it that way.
[43:17] Phil Bracco: And I don't want them thinking that.
[43:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: I know, I get it. I feel the same way.
[43:22] Phil Bracco: About her?
[43:23] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, just in general. I wouldn't want like, is that about that you're not doing it? It's about that other people think.
[43:29] Phil Bracco: Take it that way. You know, take it that way. But in the show, I would not like that.
[43:33] Anjelica Vispisiano: Because I know me as a woman. If somebody else's husband, what I feel like is flirting with me, even if it's not flirting, I then instantly look at their marriage and I'm like, oh, so he's a piece of shit.
[43:45] Phil Bracco: Okay.
[43:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: You know what I mean?
[43:47] Phil Bracco: Yeah, this is an interesting point. I do know what you mean.
[43:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, so.
[43:51] Phil Bracco: What?
[43:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Joey's ex-boyfriend.
[43:54] Phil Bracco: Oh, come on.
[43:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: Who is in the closet.
[43:58] Phil Bracco: He's married with kids.
[44:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: He's married to a woman with kids.
[44:03] Phil Bracco: Who can't do this on TV?
[44:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: Who cares? It doesn't matter.
[44:08] Phil Bracco: He will view Joey's LinkedIn profile every once in a while.
[44:13] Anjelica Vispisiano: And every time he does, Joey gets a notification.
[44:17] Phil Bracco: And it's common knowledge on LinkedIn that when someone views your profile, when you view someone's profile, they get a notification.
[44:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: So this guy has a past, a history of kind of like being a sociopath and really doing some fucked up shit to all their friends.
[44:33] Phil Bracco: He plays mind games like that. I think he's purposefully looking at Joey's LinkedIn so Joey gets the notification.
[44:43] Anjelica Vispisiano: Do you think Joey should block him or let it go and who cares and move on?
[44:52] Phil Bracco: I would say who cares, let it go and move on.
[44:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: Me too. But to what you said before, to that point, I feel like now that ex-boyfriend is knowing that he's not blocked and thinking that Joey is okay with him reaching out.
[45:12] Phil Bracco: I love that you literally fully finished explaining where you were going with it. And I was like, okay, I see where you're going. You were like done at that point.
[45:21] Anjelica Vispisiano: But yes, I totally... You know what I mean?
[45:23] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[45:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: I mean, as long as you want him blocked, he should be blocked.
[45:27] Phil Bracco: I don't really care, honestly.
[45:29] Anjelica Vispisiano: You're like, oh, does he think that Joey likes that he's going on his page?
[45:34] Phil Bracco: Right. I totally get that. So like, does he think that Joey is okay?
[45:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: If it were John, yes. John would not have LinkedIn at this point.
[45:42] Phil Bracco: So John's LinkedIn would be gone.
[45:45] Anjelica Vispisiano: You just turned real quick.
[45:47] Phil Bracco: Yeah, no.
[45:48] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I'm not. I didn't turn. What I was saying was because I know normally Joey's the cycle. I never thought that would be something Thomas would care about.
[45:55] Phil Bracco: I got LinkedIn. I don't go on LinkedIn that much. So I wouldn't know if somebody's looking at my profile.
[46:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, but if you're a young LinkedIn user, you know that when you view someone's profile...
[46:07] Phil Bracco: Oh, I know that. I know that. When I go on, I see you look at my thing.
[46:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: I think it's his way of sending a message to Joey. And the fact that Joey doesn't...
[46:14] Phil Bracco: I don't know what the right thing to do is, honestly.
[46:16] Anjelica Vispisiano: So he's part of the spectrum. We didn't take the Joey back. So Joey sent me that whole thing about it flirting. And my response was, it's time for you to delete LinkedIn.
[46:25] Phil Bracco: And he said, oh my God.
[46:26] Anjelica Vispisiano: Oh my God. It is.
[46:33] Phil Bracco: He doesn't need it.
[46:35] Anjelica Vispisiano: All right. He does need LinkedIn.
[46:37] Phil Bracco: Yeah, he really does.
[46:38] Anjelica Vispisiano: He really, really, really does. If there's any app that he needs, it's LinkedIn.
[46:44] Phil Bracco: But I just don't know what the right... I don't know what I feel, and I don't know what the right thing is, honestly. I was really stuck because...
[46:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, I actually think the block thing is great because it's like, oh, go away, fly.
[46:55] Phil Bracco: I don't know. I felt like that. Just go away.
[46:58] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's not like you care, but the next time...
[47:00] Phil Bracco: I didn't realize...
[47:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: I wouldn't do it randomly. The next time he sends a notification, that's it, block.
[47:05] Phil Bracco: I will tell you that I didn't think... Don't think you can reach out to me. Get away.
[47:09] Anjelica Vispisiano: I didn't think that people use LinkedIn like that.
[47:12] Phil Bracco: Just sociopaths do.
[47:14] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[47:15] Phil Bracco: A lot of sociopaths cheat on LinkedIn.
[47:17] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wow.
[47:18] Phil Bracco: You can't be serious.
[47:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah. That's crazy.
[47:21] Phil Bracco: Anyway.
[47:22] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah. Last thing that I got to say is, I'm so proud the other day, you accused me of looking at OnlyFans, and then you looked at my phone and didn't find it.
[47:30] Phil Bracco: It doesn't matter because Jamie had a great point. One, when I clicked your Safari, it instantly brought me to a private browser.
[47:37] Anjelica Vispisiano: And if you normally look at stuff on a private browser, it wouldn't be in your history. So it's irrelevant. We are back at square one. We don't know if you look at OnlyFans or not.
[47:48] Phil Bracco: So...
[47:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay.
[47:51] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[47:52] Anjelica Vispisiano: Anyway. Excited for Earl Meets World.
[47:54] Phil Bracco: Excited for...
[47:55] Anjelica Vispisiano: Earl.
[47:56] Phil Bracco: Yeah.
[47:57] Anjelica Vispisiano: Who Meets World?
[47:58] Phil Bracco: Earl Meets World.
[47:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: What's that?
[48:00] Phil Bracco: Alex Earl's new reality show.
[48:01] Anjelica Vispisiano: Is anyone watching Dancing With The Stars search for the next pro?
[48:04] Phil Bracco: No.
[48:06] Anjelica Vispisiano: I watched first episode along with everybody else, and everyone else stopped watching after that.
[48:10] Phil Bracco: No, the ratings are doing great.
[48:12] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, that's lies. They do make up for it.
[48:15] Phil Bracco: But I am excited for Dancing With The Stars.
[48:19] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah, me too. Whitney's pregnant. They gave her a partner that, you know, they would give a pregnant person.
[48:24] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[48:25] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yes.
[48:26] Phil Bracco: So...
[48:27] Anjelica Vispisiano: It's a very fair way to put it.
[48:28] Phil Bracco: Yeah, I'm very excited.
[48:30] Anjelica Vispisiano: Are you saying the person's ugly?
[48:32] Phil Bracco: No, they're just not going to do well. And if they do, they can't do crazy moves and stuff.
[48:39] Anjelica Vispisiano: Right.
[48:40] Phil Bracco: An old person.
[48:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: An older, yeah, an older.
[48:43] Phil Bracco: Yeah. In Uncle Phil's words, heavy set person.
[48:46] Anjelica Vispisiano: And very inexperienced.
[48:47] Phil Bracco: Yeah. Which I saw, my friends were talking about, that Jenna Tatum is...
[48:54] Anjelica Vispisiano: Who's Jenna Tatum?
[48:56] Phil Bracco: Channing Tatum's ex-wife, who was a professional dancer.
[48:59] Anjelica Vispisiano: Wait, Jenna Dewan?
[49:00] Phil Bracco: Yes.
[49:02] Anjelica Vispisiano: Tyler Cameron and Jenna Dewan are competing on Dancing With The Stars season 35.
[49:04] Phil Bracco: Oh, that's crazy, because the guy, I know her husband. He was in Pretty Woman.
[49:10] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, Jenna Dewan, yeah, that's not fair.
[49:13] Phil Bracco: Oh, because they're so good.
[49:15] Anjelica Vispisiano: No, she's a professional dancer. Listen, sure, we did it with Charli D'Amelio, we did it with Zendaya, but those are people we want to see.
[49:22] Phil Bracco: I don't really want to see Jenna, the professional dancer, dance.
[49:24] Anjelica Vispisiano: I do.
[49:27] Phil Bracco: I don't.
[49:28] Anjelica Vispisiano: She had a few kids. She's been out of the public eye for a while. She was famous for dancing, and then now she's had two babies, and she's been not dancing for probably 10 years.
[49:39] Phil Bracco: Yeah, whatever.
[49:41] Anjelica Vispisiano: I'm excited to see her, if that's true. Also, my friend's married to her, so that'd be cool.
[49:46] Phil Bracco: That's cool.
[49:47] Anjelica Vispisiano: Yeah.
[49:48] Phil Bracco: That is cool. Interesting.
[49:50] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, cool. Well, this has been so fun.
[49:52] Phil Bracco: Yeah, wow.
[49:53] Anjelica Vispisiano: Maybe we'll be back next week.
[49:55] Phil Bracco: Maybe we won't.
[49:56] Anjelica Vispisiano: I could do next week, and then after that I'm going to Aruba.
[49:59] Phil Bracco: We'll see what happens.
[50:00] Anjelica Vispisiano: Okay, we'll see. Who knows? We like to keep you all on your toes. It's been real.
