"Wynonna Earp” TV Star Canadian actress and singer Martina Ortiz Luis who is currently appearing in Disney's “The Lion King” 8 shows a week at the historic Princess of Wales Theatre is ready to be the breakout of the upcoming independent movie musical “Juliet and Romeo, ” modern take on the Shakespearean drama, appearing alongside an all-star cast that a that includes Rebel Wilson, Derek Jacobi, Jason Isaacs.

About The Film:

Rugaard and Ward lead a deep ensemble in Juliet & Romeo, joined by a strong mix of experienced and up-and-coming actors including Wilson, Rupert Everett, Jason Isaacs, Dan Fogler, Derek Jacobi, Rupert Graves, Ferdia Walsh-Peelo, Tayla Parx, Ledisi, Dennis Andres, Martina Oritiz Luis, Alex Grech, and Max Parker

In “Juliet and Romeo” she plays Veronica and is able to show off her incredible vocal range in a powerful eye-catching number set in the town square. She has an original song written just for her.

This filmed, a movie musical trilogy from Briarcliff Entertainment will be released May 9th, followed by a UK release on June 11th (and additional territories following).

While Martina is best-known for her role as Rachel Valdez in the People's Choice Award-winning series "Wynonna Earp" and as Josie Suero in Roku's "Most Dangerous Game: New York", No surprise, as she is currently appearing in Disney's “The Lion King” 8 shows a week at the historic Princess of Wales Theatre in Toronto.
