Gennean Scott

Gennean Scott is an executive diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion leader with a collaborative and comprehensive vision that has enabled organizations to transform their internal and external practices. With over 20 years of equity work experience, nearly 15 of those years in arts administration, and a lifelong passion for the arts, Gennean serves as The Broadway League’s first Director of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI). She works alongside League staff and their 700 plus members to ensure the effectiveness of its EDI initiatives focused on audience development, community engagement, and the workforce. As a crucial member of the team, Gennean leads the efforts to achieve equity, diversity, and inclusion while creating a Broadway that reflects our communities and country.
