Michael Arden is a multi-talented artist who has carved a successful path in theatre as both an actor and director. Born Michael Jerrod Moore in 1982, Arden began his career on Broadway, starring in the revival of Big River and the off-Broadway hit Bare: A Pop Opera. He later transitioned to directing, finding acclaim for his innovative take on classics like Spring Awakening (which earned him a Tony nomination) and his 2023 Tony Award win for Best Direction of a Musical with the revival of Parade.
